My Favorite Clean and Sober Motorcycle Runs Updated for 2007

These are my favorite runs that I am able to go to. My work is seasonal so I can't make all of the runs that are out there. Although as you can see from the picture below I did make it to Sturgis last year. If I had my way I would be all over the United States visiting my clean and sober friends everywhere - but I have to pay the bills. The runs below are all in California. The older ones I have been going to for over 23 years - some of them just started up in the last few years - but if they are listed here they are definately worth going to. They are many runs that are not listed here - that does not mean anything negative - it just means I have not been able to make them for one reason or another or I don't have the info available.

Jan 1st Buritto Run Meet at Mike D's house in Redwood City before 9:30am. Make the run to Gilroy for Buritto's. About 200 to 300 bikes show up. Clean and sober run. All day event.

May 18-20, 2007 Frog Jumps Run Clean and Sober.

Bass Lake, Nor Cal Clean and Sober Campout is one of the oldest C&S runs still in existence today. There must be a reason for it, we think it has something to do with the people who always show up and support our run. They are the ones that make it possible year after year. They are also the ones that make it such an enjoyable weekend. If there ever was any thought that living the clean and sober life was going to be dull, nobody ever told these people. These people know how to party, just check out some of the pictures and stories elsewhere on the Survivors MC webpage. Pre-Reg and Directions. Bass Lake was Nitros first clean and sober run 23 years ago, he hasn't missed the Survivors MC Bass Lake Run since - and the old school biker is still riding the same 1969 Harley he rode to the first one!

Sept 28 to 30. SOBERFEST 2007 Messengers Central Valley M/C Host 3rd Annual "SOBERFEST" at Lake Francis Resort Dobbins CA. Link to Resort Info Page Lake Francis Resort Information Web Page This is a really nice location with cabins, pool, and resturaunt nearby. The Messengers put on a really good show complete with a cook wagon - I highly recommend this run NitrosMike
